Increase conversions with live chat

Drift allows customers to message you immediately, on any device. Instant live chat allows businesses to better serve their customers, and helps increase sales. There are some excellent premium options available, however their core offering is completely free. Get The Job Done

What do you like best? From a sales perspective, Drift makes it easy to be able to communicate with potential clients on our website. They alerts are instant, and can be accessed on my phone or browser. The lead routing is seamless as well, great tool. What do you dislike? Best chat solution, by far!

What do you like best? Not only does Drift give us chat, it also integrates beautifully with our entire sales/mar-tech stack! What do you dislike? I Was Skeptical at First but Now a Believer

What do you like best? Its perfect for the small business. We like how we can hand off conversations, set ourselves as not available and having a moble app helps What do you dislike? There seems to be a delay with the mobile application. I also wish I could see when the visitor is typing on the website from the mobile app. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Generating leads and capturing site analytics.

Love Drift for its ease of use

What do you like best? Drift is one of the few integrations that works easily with a content security policy. Great calendar system that in many ways works better then Calendly. It’s free teir features are great for getting started. Really allow you to grow with it. What do you dislike? The google chrome extension doesn’t always notify me when a user is on a site. The slack extension works well but can be a problem if worried about the total number of apps you have open. What business ...

What do you like best? It has been a great tool for capturing visitors' attention right on the spot.
