The darling of the industry

What do you like best? Completely sold on conversational marketing, and no one does it better than Drift. Fantastic support too. What do you dislike? I don't like that it breaks our bizible tracking. Drift is the Marketer's Ideal Chatbot!

What do you like best? Drift is a robust, clean platform that is super easy to work. The caveat to that is that you have to get the hang of it first! The previous chat builder was tough to work with - not very intuitive and lots of scrolling up and down, back and forth (think vertical, with everything jumbled together. Unable to tag team members

What do you like best? Automation flows to categorize and qualify leads. What do you dislike? I can't tag team members in an internal note. This is primary to any CS platform and it's curious that Drift does not have this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker response to leads and better qualification.

Marketo & Drift - Great together

What do you like best? Drift is enabling us to actually convert anonymous traffic into database on our website and to surface relevant information to our web visitors. Great Product and Service

What do you like best? Easy to use UI, great reporting, syncs well with Salesforce and gives us the ability to instantly connect with our site visitors. What do you dislike? The interface

The interface, functionalities, and integrations still have a lot to desire! I believe Intercom perfected live chat tools, shortcuts and functionalities to communicate better with our clients. The Drift Customer Service experience is also not that flexible and supportive of refunds.

First, the team at Drift is absolutely fabulous, working with me to answer all my questions, setting me up for success, helping create playbooks and in short, making sure I'm completely optimized for success. Drift software is not that impressive and the team is difficult to work with

What do you like best? The best feature is its easy integration with clearbit. It appends data very nicely and is good for getting extra info about leads. Unfortunately, this feature is only available on the highest tiers. What do you dislike? As far as chatbot software goes, it's not terribly intuitive for sales teams to use, and the bot features do NOT integrate seamlessly with human conversations.
