A recommendation for every startup!
What do you like best? The integration in our website was really easy. Responding to customers via the drift app is so much more enjoyable than writing emails. Even with the freemium model you're able to customize the design. That's one of the main reasons why we switched from crisp to you guys! What do you dislike? Opening chats and closing deals, how Drift has changed our process
What do you like best? Drift is amazing for instant chats with prospects, we are able to capture more interest from people we didn't really get a chance to connect with otherwise. A lot of leads are averse to speaking over the phone first, so being able to speak to them via chat, gain trust, and book a meeting is phenomenally simplified. What do you dislike? Great platform for communicaton
What do you like best? The instant view of online visitors that gains the power of selling more. And don’t forget the awesome team behind Drift! Outstanding customer service and support! What do you like best? Drift is a great cross functional tool. Our marketing, sales, and business development teams have all been able to leverage Drift for different initiatives. Our marketing team has been able to craft highly personalized ABM messaging for site visitors thanks to Drift new ABM playbooks. Drift is the best chat tool for your website!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to set up, customize, and create a good playbook. What do you dislike? If I had one negative comment, it would be that the free version have more tools. But I get it, I need to pay for the tool. It's really amazing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Chat in real time with our web traffic. Drift is hands-down the best engager and lead-qualifier of your site visitors.
What do you like best? Drift allows you to connect, in a real way, with your website visitors that would otherwise bounce away.
