Great product, great team!
What do you like best? Love the support that Drift has provided our whole team from the very start through the implementation. The product is top-notch. A great way to interact with our clients and prospects
What do you like best? Being able to talk to clients or prospective clients in real time is a game changer. The live view also allows us to pre-emptively help out when we see someone is looking at a particular area of our documentation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Integration is super easy/quick to get started What do you dislike? Ever feel like you can't disconnect? This won't help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting feedback that Hot Jar serveys and contact forms just can't collect. This is the next best thing to in-person interviews to help determine product/market fit.

Speedy, accurate and user friendly!
What do you like best? I like that the site never "goes done" it is always live, and with no problems. It is user friendly and makes sense. I like the option to activate my desktop notifications or keep them silent. I also use the app on my phone, it is also user friendly. I like that I can include other IA's on my chat if needed. What do you like best? The setup is easy and fast, all you need to do is add a snippet to your chat and you'll be able to communicate to your website visitors both through the mobile app and website. What do you like best? free version comes with mobile app... best option! Drift is so easily implemented and configures that it does not require any additional tech support itself which means less learning curve and straight to result What do you dislike? messages should pop up sound when push on mobile device. What do you like best? Easy communication with potential customers What do you dislike? We are still using drift and we haven't seen or come across anything we don't like.
