Really poor customer experience
What do you like best? Design on their website is really fancy and modern. What do you dislike? My user experience is really bad. As a new user, I wanted a free trial. There was an option for startups, I filled in a form, met all conditions. Received an email to activate my account (application approved, I clicked on it, set password. What do you like best? Drift is best at guiding you along the way to conversational marketing. Marketing changes and evolves so rapidly that it's tough to know what to learn and what to ignore. Drift is the best!
What do you like best? The best thing about Drift is the ability to have real time conversations with our customers! Also, we enjoy being able to get as granular as possible when targeting our customers. Great Customer Support
What do you like best? Drift is fairly intuitive to use and there's good check and balances to the user experience so that you don't accidentally take something live that won't work. But most impressive is the ability to chat back and forth with a Drift team member if you're having issues. The responsiveness and expertise of the person I chatted with was impressive. Drift is a game changer
What do you like best? Ease of use. Zero training required to be proficient. What do you dislike? I wish my default view was all open conversations. For some reason, it keeps defaulting back to "my conversations." Very small point but would be helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instant conversations. It allows us to be where our customers are when it is best for them.

Misleading, no free trial and bad support
What do you like best? I like their ads, landing page and messaging What do you dislike? Drift is messy and very limited. They don't allow to see what's inside. If you want then you have to pay. So we paid their monthly subscription just to view their admin dashboard and to see they don't provide what is advertised. Recommendations to others considering the product: Check other alternatives. Everything we expected & more! :-)
What do you like best? Drift has made a monumental difference to our ability to convert prospects on our website. I have on average had 4/5 demos scheduled every week for the last 3 months. As our Marketing effort rise and we go to more events I have the utmost confidence in Drift delivering these prospects to our demo doorstep. Immediately fell in love with Drift!

Helpful and easy to use live chat
What do you like best? Drift helps us schedule appointments when we are away or capture data we can use to try to market later, and enables be to quickly chat and assist customers on an as needed basis. The ability to try to create chats from Live View is also beneficial. What do you dislike? It does not remember past visitors who have provided email address always, so need those people to offer up contact details again for it to click in.
