What do you like best? Getting a direct connection to our customers at the time of purchase. It's incredibly powerful. Easy to use & efficient tool!

What do you like best? I like that drift integrates with my calendar so prospects can directly book a meeting. Drift also is able to tell you the location or IP address of the prospect which helps us identify who's territory it is and who to reach out. I also really like the fact that is celebrates when your inbox is cleaned out, It even alerted me when my calendar disconnected . Amazing. it's a simple software, easy to use, userfriendly

What do you like best? how i can communicate with the clients and they love how they can reach out to us. What do you dislike? sometimes info doesn't sink to ur crm but it's not a big deal if it doesn't I can do it manually it just makes it easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? just figuring out how it works day in and day out.

Drift is pretty rad

What do you like best? Easy to organize myself, easy to use. Great support. I like a lot of things. What do you dislike? I don't like I can't specifically book off certain days like holidays or vacation periods. But that's nitpicking. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the chat if you have questions. It's really good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes booking meetings extremely easy.

My user experience is really bad

My user experience is really bad. As a new user, I wanted a free trial. There was an option for startups, I filled in a form, met all conditions. Received an email to activate my account (application approved, I clicked on it, set password. Then they asked for a card number, which I filled in (even with a wrong CVV intentionally, coz I didn't want to get charged during the free trial. What do you like best? We like Drift because it helps us engage with our potential clients before we even get the chance to talk to them. The bot can answer basic questions and direct people in the correct direction. It's really helpful with onboarding clients and collecting their email and contact information. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The widget's appearance on the website is clean and polished. Furthermore, the features it provides to automatically reach out (AI Sales Assistant are great to actually recover a customer about to leave the website due to frustration or confusion.
