I needed help with my Dr.fone app that I bought years ago, music transfer is not working on updated version from the license that I bought but the customer service team did a great job fixing this issue and I really appreciate their help. This is beyond five stars. Besides good customer service, the Dr.Fone music transfer is super easy to use. You just can't copy or transfer your entire music library on non iTune purcheses to another computer without using a third party app.Great job!John

WhatsApp transfer
The software is easy to use very direct in its procedures I need my old WhatsApp conversations to my new iPhone from my LG android phone and it got it done with no hassle very good product.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Spend a lot of money, and it doesn’t work! Tried to get help via the chat option, but I get an automated bot. Keeps on telling me my WhatsApp is out of date. Then it says my phone date is wrong.

HELP
Hello,I just bought the Whatsapp transfer package, but I am disappointed with the software and its claims. I tried for a couple of times to transfer chats from Android to Iphone but it does not work. Help would be appreciated.

No more buggy itunes, hello Dr.Fone!
After spending all morning trying to add my playlists and songs to my device with iTunes I decided to find an alternative. Dr.Fone has worked for me in the past when a computer crash caused me to lose some of my music that had been on my computer, with it I was able to copy the music from my phone back to my computer so I knew that it works. Using Dr.Fone I was able to put my playlists back on my devices and manage duplicates etc. so I'm delighted and relieved!
