Good experience. Software works good. I bought by mistake windows license instead MacOS license. Then I bought MacOS license and quickly refunded payment of windows license.

Very professional and responsive team
Very professional and responsive customer service and technical teams. Definitely a five-star rating for them.I had a problem with the whatsapp transfer package that i bought with paypal. It didn't work and failed to transferred my chat history from iphone 6s to Samsung Note. I contacted their customer service team through their online chat. Ich habe wondershare ios datenlöschung gekauft und bezahlt. Keinerlei möglichkeit kontakt auf zu nehmen. Mir pressierts mit meinem iphone verkauf. Bis heute 2 tage danach kein registrierungscode, oder aktivierungsmöglichkeit über wondershare account. Gebe die software zurück

se queda en 80% y no avanza segui las… se queda en 80% y no avanza segui las indicaciones de ajustes/chats/copia de seguridad/ desactivar drive nunca y guardar/ siguiente y se queda en 80% y vuelve a
Luego de que termina de hacer la copia de seguridad en el whatsapp de Android, en la aplicación de Dr. Fone le doy clic a siguiente y vuelve y me aparece el cuadro de hacer la copia de seguridad y no avanza.

The software did not work
The software did not work. Paid for nothing. Don't use. And be aware! There was also auto-renew that I did not notice and I paid twice for nothing. I did not tick for auto-renew so it feels like a scam.

Slechte ervaringen met Dr. Fone - Migratie WhatsApp mislukt.
Slechte ervaringen. Al voor de 2e keer lukt het niet om Met Dr. Fone WhatsApp te migreren. Het overgrote deel van de images in WhatsApp is niet meegekomen.De WhatsApp versie van Dr. Fone is ook niet te updaten en als laatste heb ik ook gemerkt dat ik geen notificaties meer krijg.Ik wil graag mijn geld terug, maar de helpdesk is niet online bereikbaar. Mijn ordernummer wordt niet herkend en daar stokt het dan gelijk.Systeem info. Migratie van iPhone 8 naar Galaxy A52.

Scam, doesn't work. No refund but recurring subscription from paypal instead
Scam, don't usePurchased full package, it didn't restore any of my photos from the phone. No refund and terrible customer support. They even put you on recurring subscription from paypal. Beware.
