The product does not work
I asked the Customer Service Team for a refund because the product did not work on my specific device.I got a quick and good response from John who transferred me to Yulisa.The response was kind and respectful and after understanding the case and clarifying it, they decided to give me a full refund.I am very pleased and thank them for their support

Waste of time unless you're happy to spend $150 to copy few files from iPhone to MaC or PC
Encourages you to download software, then more software after you try it, and more software, all takes a significant amount of time, then takes 10 minutes to "recover" 450 files on the iPhone and after 40minutes spent to check it out, it asks for $150 that wasn't mentioned at all. Would be good to tell you at the beginning that this software is absolutely useless until you actually pay them $150. Not recommended.

I wanted to reinstall my iPad(2021) & Apple said that it will take 3 weeks so I bought this software to reinstall my iPad but it didn’t work it. After several email exchange in good term they have refund me back the amount.

Wondershare Dr Fone did not work to…
Wondershare Dr Fone did not work to unlock my iPhone. Customer service was nice trying to help and offered me a refund. That was 3 weeks ago; still no refund and no answer back from Wondershare. Not the way to do business.Update: Refund was received as promised! That said, I would highly recommend Dr. Fone especially; I have a feeling it would have worked had I not tried other unlock methods first. Thanks Wondershare!

Software not working
Software didn’t work, a waste of money and time. Customer service: Though we are not able to refund, do you need other function of dr.fone, we can exchange a license for you. Is it OK?Not OK!!
