The DrFone Data Recovery software itself wasnt any good and could not recover any of my files but they were immediately fair in giving a refund for the software. What a pleasure dealing with a honest fair company.

good customer service
I purshased dr.fone to bypass the icloud activation lock for my iphone 14 pro. After installing, the software can do the job only until iphone X, so it was useless for me and waste of money and i need to get odher software to do the job. I contacted the customer service and sent a screen capture of the problem and asked for refund. They told me that i will get the refund at maximum in 15 days, after 15 days i still didnt get.
