Genuinely helpful customer service.
I purchased Dr Fone to try to help me recover data from two Huawei phones which stopped booting for some reason. Unfortunately, in this instance, Dr Fone was unable to help. I applied for a refund from the helpful customer service team at Wondershare and once they (understandably) established I had not simply used the software to achieve the data recovery then applied for a refund, quickly processed it and I was reimbursed. Excelente software, logre migrar los chat de whatsapp normal y whatsapp business en diferentes equipos de android (huawei, xaomi, etc) a iOs (iphone 11 a 14) sin problema, basta con seguir a detalles cada una de las instrucciones y esperar el tiempo restante. IMPECCABLE SUPPORT
I have been on chats and calls with Microsoft and Apple and many others and I have NEVER come across a more helpful user friendly support group in my life. When I discovered that I was going to need to contact support I h ad a not in my stomach. Usually this ends with no resolution having done steps I already tried before reaching out and a few choice expletives on my lips. None of these were the case in this circumstance. Thank you for your help and thank you for an amazing product.

Great software to use, it has some great features that can solve Apple or android issue. I’ve download it but I only used it once, I’ve contacted the management about a particular issue and they kindly fully refund the licence purchased I do recommend the software but have to be constant user.
