Great support from the online team…

Great support from the online support Team, I had Danny Hua working on my problem. He was able to jump into the campaign and see what was happening. And has even opened a separate ticket to look into the course. Hannah Howard account manager, is always available to run questions past and catch up about our campaigns.Great Team, fast response, and fantastic customer care, Thank you guys

What do you like best? I really like the level of ease using Dotmailer has. What do you dislike? The hierarchy of the system can be convoluted at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mailing out our newsletters and automated mailing to customers.

Excellent account managment

Excellent account managment and very knowledgable about the platform. 24hour support is ideal and means any issues can get resolved quickly. Platform can sometimes be restricted but generally works very well.

Email Marketing is so simple with Dotmailer!

Dotmailer are a great company to work with and we have seen a significant increase in ROI from our email marketing campaigns since we have started using the platform. Its quite hard NOT to get it right when you have such a suite of resources, tips, advice, templates and a helpful account manager (Ella) on the other end of the phone. What do you like best? The email editor with the built-in templates just makes life so much easier, flexible segmentation builders, easy to use automation and good reporting tools. The onboarding team was really helpful especially with our Magento set up and training. The customer service for me is a huge selling point of the platform. Definitely my favourite agency

I've worked with a handful of ESP's however, none compare to dotmailer.
