DotMailer is a great platform if you want a easy-to-integrate and supported email platform

What do you like best? The support group is amazing at Dotmailer - happy to help you with your integration. I hopped on calls often for help from the dotmailer team, talking about anything from list importing to email best practices. Support is excellent. Also, the integration with Magento is solid and customizable - we had ample customizations tha really helped us deliver the best marketing we could. What do you dislike? I have been using dotmailer for about 4 months. We switched from Mailchimp hoping to move to a platform that had would help our email strategy move to the next level. Dotmailer has a lot to offer in terms of personalisation - the platform is very advanced.
