Their account managers are excellent (especially Jo Tovee! :)) and their product team ensures that the product roadmap is built around the customer, which has helped us to achieve commercial goals and make our email production processes more efficient!

Dotmailer is a great platform...

We have used dotmailer for many years now and continue to remain happy with the service. Dominic is our account manager, and he always picks up the phone to check in and see how we are getting on. He always ensures he gives thorough advice to me whenever I am stuck (so I don't keep asking!) He is super efficient, friendly and easy to talk to. What do you like best? The re-mail feature is very helpful as well as the ability to build free landing pages. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about dotmailer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent service, brilliant product

DotMailer's main strength is in the automation that makes managing campaigns and integrating with other systems so easy. My most recent experience with them has been in the implementation of a major transactional email campaign and Aidie B, our account manager has been absolutely fantastic in ensuring we could get as much from the system as possible.

Enterprise Platform at SMB Cost

What do you like best? As a Magento partner, we like that dotmailer is now integrated with Magento's core. The segmentation abilities with Magento has helped our customers grow their site revenue considerably with less effort than managing an entry level ESP. What do you dislike? I have heard from some of our customers that the sales process has been very pushy. It's been ok, no real issues. Don't really use it as much as we should I guess...

What do you like best? Integrated with Magento, Live chat support pretty much anytime. Onboarding help made it quite a bit easier to get going. What do you dislike? Cost for data storage, data syncing seems to have issues, it's brought our server down previously. Cost. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email marketing with a direct integration with Magento.

Cara Cooke our Account Manager has been very helpful and always prompt with responses. The technical team are also very supportive,There have been issues getting our account up and running - from both sides, however I can see when we will shortly be using it, it will bring improvements to our EDM campaigns.
