Email marketing you can rely on

We have recently made the transition over to Dotmailer from MailChimp. We were after a more sophisticated platform than not only could improve our over all email fan engagement but also to be used as a data warehouse with all the analytics needed to understand more about our fan base. To date this is exactly what we have received from Dotmailer. Our account manager (Az) is great too and always on the end of the phone with advice or solutions should any problems arise. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely diabolical customer care!!We have used dotmailer for 3 years and the account support is non existent. At the end of year 2 many thousands of emails disappeared from my accounts 2 weeks before the annual anniversary in May last year. After months of emailing them and getting intermittent replies, dotmailer eventually offered to increase my annual send from 480,000 to 600,000. All good and I accepted their offer. A friendly user-facing interface

A friendly user-facing interface, accessible help and tools, and easy self-teach guides. Dotmailer has far exceeded my expectations of an ESP. A few teething issues encountered once sub domains were purchased (delays in setting up), and explanation of how the customised preference centre would work but once set up, working and understood, all good.Our account manager (Dominic) has been very approachable and displays good working knowledge of the system to help with my regular 'little' queries.

I've been using dotmailer for several years…

I've been using dotmailer for several years now, and at three different companies. Both the platform itself and the account management continue to delight and surprise. PROS: Version updates (all or mostly free of charge), quick and easy reporting, a growing bank of automation templates to improve customer journeys...
