Dotmailer is a really great email…

Dotmailer is a really great email platform. There is loads of flexibility when designing the emails, and it makes building complex journeys nice and simple. Great integration with analytics and excellent reporting on campaigns. Account management is really good too, and the support team are always on hand to help.

Been using Dotmailer now for 6 months…

Been using Dotmailer now for 6 months and although much of the product is very intuitive with great functionality, some small areas mean I can't give an outstanding review.Our workflows work well, and although we don't use a system that integrates with Dotmailer (not an issue with dotmailer, just limited CRM systems in the insurance industry) the contact upload system is brilliant and easy to use.Our issues mainly stem from our interactions with Customer Support and the fact our account ...

It's a great platform and should be considered by any marketing team.

Having worked with Dotmailer since 2016, I can honestly say that the platform is excellent. It's simple to use, is packed with great (and constantly evolving) functionality and its modular nature makes it very flexible. Perhaps, more importantly, I've found the team super-accommodating, incredibly helpful and they always act in the best interest of our business. Both Account Directors I've had (Ross and Cara) have been superb and are an asset to Dotmailer. Their training team is pretty epic too!

Dotmailer is such an easy platform to…

Dotmailer is such an easy platform to use. Not only is the platform itself a breeze to use, but when I come across any stumbling blocks, the Live Chat service is amazing. Our account manager is also extremely helpful. I feel very supported and a valued customer of Dotmailer's. Would thoroughly recommend them.

What do you like best? I like the drag and drop design. You can make professional emails quickly and easily. What do you dislike? Nothing. Unsubscribe lists now useless to us

What do you like best? Templates look good and work well. Using through third party TT Mail, but always good customer service. What do you dislike? That you can no longer export the full details (i.e. donor number) of your own donor, which you uploaded in the first place, once they unsubscribe. We now cannot put the file back into our database to update GDPR preferences, without manually having to add the donor number back in. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Good software and excellent account…

Good software and excellent account management.Having suffered using a number of similar services, it was a pleasure to use Dotmailer. The software is much better than average, but what really stands out is the account management which is exceptional value for money and extremely useful.
