Fantastic product and superb support.

Fantastic product and superb support.I've used many different ESP's over the last 15 years and Dotmailer is probably my favourite. Great deliverability and open rates, intuitive UI, loads of features with regular updates and a first class support team.I would not hesitate to recommend Dotmailer to anybody, whatever their level of experience.

Limiting Interface and analytics

What do you like best? The drag and drop interface was very easy to work with. Importing content was also a breeze. They have a few social media platforms set up to share the email with the click of a button. What do you dislike? The drag and drop interface was very limiting i.e. you could not layer text over an image. There was also trouble with being able to recommend items based on what the customer bought. What do you like best? Great competitive pricing, easy to use GUI, full set of features and a drive to make the product better with new features continuously. What do you dislike? It’s Good, But Have a Lot of Nickels and Dimes

What do you like best? I love that it’s directly integrated with Magento. They also have competent support available by phone, live chat, or tickets. What do you dislike? Billing. They limit the data you provide and then charge overages for what you sync over those limits. We pretty much only sync our subscribers and catalog and not our guest or customers. Excellent Easy Editor & Support Staff

What do you like best? I love Dotmailer's Easy Editor—it works the way that you hope it works. Sometimes software can be overcomplicated. Easy Editor feels like it was designed by people who actually use it. I also really appreciated their support staff. They are always available and always helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use marketing and transactional plugin for Magento 2. What do you dislike? For transactional email data it would be nice to see if an email has been delivered and not just sent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We're really happy with Dotmailer, having come from ExactTarget and Emma ESPs. What do you like best? the drip campaigns are awesome! They really help drive revenue. I love how the advanced features in our email marketing. It has been one for our best tools used for our customers who abandon their carts. What do you dislike? the email creation interface could be a bit more user-friendly.
