Good for what it does
What do you like best? The simplicity of the website is the main selling point, it offers pretty much every function you can ask for and the support team are very helpful when required What do you dislike? There aren't many customisation options on the emails really. The emails also look a bit behind the times when compared to other services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending mass emails

We started working with Dotdigital in May 2018 and it's been a quite complicated process to set-up due to the unique set up of our company's Magento system but the Dotdigital team went above and beyond to assist us in this process and talked us through each step during the onboarding process. What do you like best? Very simple to use to create smart looking emails. Lots of online resources available to help you along the way. What do you dislike? Great tool for e-comms
What do you like best? The email builder tool is so easy to use and makes it clear and easy to build HTML emails. Also it's great you can access the HTML code if you want to get a bit more technical with it. What do you dislike? I find the navigation a bit confusing at times with campaigns. The Dot Digital humans are pretty awesome! The customer on-boarding process at Dot Digital is a 5 star experience. With so many elements of the platform to understand, I particularly love that it doesn't matter how many times I need help; I receive service from Adam and Anjana that is super fast, they always solve the problem and they deliver the most polite service ever. Highly recommend.
We’ve been with dotdigital for a year and a half, and our account manager Chris was such brilliant support on all stages from the system set up, issue handling and all over programs and campaign design. Also, dotdigital has an amazing online knowledge base covering absolutely all areas of the platform. It’s a pleasure to work with dotdigital.

We started working with Dotdigital in 2017 and the platform has gone from strength to strength adding new features and functions. It's helped us towards achieving our goals. Marius, our account manager is fantastic and keeps regular contact with us. Would definitely recommend using them.
