What do you dislike? The tool is very basic and you are charged extra for every little feature. When new permissions are rolled out, they set all users to have access to the new permissions by default, and don't make you aware of this. We had a subscription with this company…

We had a subscription with this company for a number of years until we decided to cancel in May in writing 30 days before the contract ended. They ignored this and auto-renewed for another 24 months. I've sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls however they are all ignored and the monthly invoices keep rolling in.... we are now in November. They even have copies of correspondence with the cancellation request yet none of it makes a difference and no action ever taken. Easy to ...

So much easier than the last solution we used

What do you like best? The flexibility and ease of moving content of newsletters and the effortless ability of adding photos. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The platform itself is intuitive and I can get emails out quickly. What do you dislike? The customer service, lots of unanswered calls, emails. The set up process was horrific.
