Very easy to use

What do you like best? It's a very intuitive system in it's layout meaning it's very easy to create segments, emails and automation processes. What do you dislike? Using for Magento based emails is complex What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Full integration with Magento which MailChimp can't provide.

We had a subscription with this company…

We had a subscription with this company for a number of years until we decided to cancel in May in writing 30 days before the contract ended. They ignored this and auto-renewed for another 24 months. I've sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls however they are all ignored and the monthly invoices keep rolling in.... we are now in November. They even have copies of correspondence with the cancellation request yet none of it makes a difference and no action ever taken. Easy to ...

So much easier than the last solution we used

What do you like best? The flexibility and ease of moving content of newsletters and the effortless ability of adding photos. What do you dislike? My programmes in automation can be a little difficult to write. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much smoother communication with the main customer database, easy management of unsubscribed customers, and above all, a pleasant to work with tool to create marketing communciaton materials.

Great platform to grow your business

What do you like best? DotDigital has made it possible to expand our marketing programs significantly. I love how they have a huge collection of articles you can reference whenever you have a question. I enjoy how easy to use the EasyEditor is, and I also like their program builder and how it connects with shopify flow. What do you dislike? Great product, terrible service

What do you like best? The platform itself is intuitive and I can get emails out quickly. What do you dislike? The customer service, lots of unanswered calls, emails. The set up process was horrific. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has enabled easy list segmentation. Seeing the products purchased etc with the magento intergration works well.

A good email marketing solution for non integrated CRMs

What do you like best? The ability to create address books, the global suppression lists, the email marketing templates and "easy editor", the programming and automation services, ability to add large number of data lists. Excellent customer support and relatively good price for scale. What do you dislike?
