Powerful, feature packed and easy to use
What do you like best? Automation. You can be as complex or as simple as you want to be, the flexibility to use segments or address books and ease of importing. I was part of the beta access to the form feature on landing pages and this makes things so much easier when designing custom ones. What do you dislike? Good email marketing platform, intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best? Overal GUI of platform is intuitive and straightforward. Onboarding was relatively easy. Program builder for triggered email is easy to use. Good API. Support has been quick and helpful whenever needed. Very, very, little downtime. Segmentation tool is great! Price is very competitive for featured offers and number of subscribers. Easy, breezy, dotdigital
What do you like best? How easy it is to use and for new starters to pick up. I also love the dynamic options which make emails more targeted without having to create multiple emails. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting isn't easily accessible or exportable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increased lead gen without needing more emails.

What do you like best? Firstly the team at Dot Digital were fantastic throughout the on-boarding process and the training provided was incredibly thorough and enjoyable, so that was a great start.
