Powerful, feature packed and easy to use

What do you like best? Automation. You can be as complex or as simple as you want to be, the flexibility to use segments or address books and ease of importing. I was part of the beta access to the form feature on landing pages and this makes things so much easier when designing custom ones. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy and simple to use piece of kit allowing my marketing campaigns to be more data-driven What do you dislike? Having to prove to colleagues that the best way to validate ideas and to improve email marketing performance is by being research and data driven. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple benefits from having in-depth reporting analytics that integrate with our business systems.

Easy, breezy, dotdigital

What do you like best? How easy it is to use and for new starters to pick up. I also love the dynamic options which make emails more targeted without having to create multiple emails. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting isn't easily accessible or exportable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increased lead gen without needing more emails.
