User friendly platform that caters for all business sizes

What do you like best? The platform was very easy to learn and become accustomed to. Support team super friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? Can't fault them! the only thing I will say is the Magento connection is quite expensive in the role it plays. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits of automation have been huge. Less manpower time spent on sending campaigns, and easy reporting tools for observing results.

What do you like best? Like how easy it is to use, and it is possible to create an EDM just from Easy Editor. Also extremely helpful support team and account managers.
