Dotdigital is a good tool for our current needs
What do you like best? The support team are mostly on hand to help when we need them. The program is constantly developing. The drag and drop interfact is easy to use and train new users on. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support has generally been very good, especially more recently. You have created a powerful tool that allows us to run our business more efficiently and effectively. User friendly platform that caters for all business sizes
What do you like best? The platform was very easy to learn and become accustomed to. Support team super friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? Can't fault them! the only thing I will say is the Magento connection is quite expensive in the role it plays. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits of automation have been huge. Less manpower time spent on sending campaigns, and easy reporting tools for observing results.

What do you like best? triggered emails, ease of email builder, connection with Magento What do you dislike? the intricate balance between triggered emails and newsletter emails is not resolved. Unsubscribing from one unsubscribes you from the other, What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Segment builder with many data inputs allowing us to create very specific groups of people What do you dislike? UX/UI could be modernised but not that big of an issue What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now send behavioural emails with ease and create advanced drips to cater for specific types of segments enabling more relevant messaging to be delivered to prospects.

Easy to use platform, love how support and account managers are helpful
What do you like best? Like how easy it is to use, and it is possible to create an EDM just from Easy Editor. Also extremely helpful support team and account managers. Functionality wise, very well thought on segmentation rules. The dashboard identifying customer groups is useful. What do you dislike?
