The drag and drop Ui is suitable for everybody else, and the ability to save complicated blocks for later use is a good feature and a big time saving. Great Product

What do you like best? Your able to take your Email marketing to the next level. It's user friendly and cuts out all the HTML coding. What do you dislike? We are still in onboarding so we haven't discovered anything dislikes for their platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can run campaigns targeting specific customer bases instead of the old school shot blast emails.

This service is not worth the effort

I see, that I'm not alone who is unhappy about this company.They don't have prices for standard packages that they offer - they ask to send a request. It's strange, but it's their rules. In my request I've asked don't add me to a newsletter or send me any marketing offers. What do I see in my mailbox? No, it wasn't a response to my request. Great email marketing automation tool

What do you like best? I find the solution allows me to easily and quickly build personalised, automated triggered campaigns. The campaigns themselves look good on both desktops, tablets and smaller devices. It's easy to upload and manage contact lists and then segment these clients based on different criteria. I feel that dotdigital isn't really a…

I feel that dotdigital isn't really a great platform at all and I'd go as far as saying I'm quite disgusted with them. Disgusted that their support full-on lies to you about functionality that they offer, disgusted that the company ensures you're stuck in a year long contract that auto renews - making you jump through hoops to leave when the year ends. It's a full on tragedy that their interface seems like it's been left in the 2000s, with clunky drag-and-drop email creation.

BEWARE - Auto renew contracts, and discussions about cancellation don't count!

Like many others I was sold on the whole sales pitch. Their salespeople are creative and confident, and I bought it. After the sale is complete you are then passed to an account manager, and that's where the quality ends. Your sales manager won't know much, won't have front-line experience of actual experience in email marketing campaigns and you'll very much have to figure things out yourself.
