Great tool, but learning curve when you first start

What do you like best? Lots of tools to utilize, but a little overwhelming when you're first getting started. The segmentation tool allows you a lot of freedom to create segments of any time. The integration with the Magento 2 platform is very extensive so you have a lot of data to pull from when creating those segments. Handy Tool with a high learning curve for begginers and intermediates

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use and does not require any IT background. It is great that all the important aspects (Landing Pages, Surveys, Reporting) are included. What do you like best? The integration with Magento is fantastic. The segmentation capabilities are phenomenal. Support is fast, friendly and knowledgable. What do you dislike? If there's something to dislike, I haven't found it yet. One minor quibble: we onboarded over 10 accounts at once and it was understandably a large undertaking. What do you like best? Where to start. The robust dashboard of DotDitigal is far superior than anything else I have worked with. My favorite piece is creating the custom user journeys.
