Easy to use for beginners with low needs, needs a lot of improvement for advanced users
What do you like best? Dotdigital is easy to use for beginners or less tech savy users. The standard dashboard and creation of e-mail is easy. The chat support is very good, I've not ever seen this high engagement within any other system. The insights feature is nice, but cumbersome. Segment feature also really works nice. One of the better options for large-scale EMS
What do you like best? Excellent opportunities for easy to understand automation (and a pretty nicely designed UX). We've run a variety of short-term (6 week) programmes more efficiently via the dotdigital Engagement Cloud - previously dotmailer. There's a good level of personalisation available for campaigns created in the product and a coupe of tools to try and better join up email and PPC advertising. A solution that works great for the marketing unit
What do you like best? The ability to monitor your email campaigns is very easy to use. The overall ranking potential customers with email interaction has been critical to our business. The ability to export lists to Excell makes marketing meetings easier. It's really great for managing address books and targeting segments. What do you dislike? Would recommend to anyone
I have worked with both Beatrice and Jo at Dotdigital and have received the best customer support I have experienced in my time working with digital platforms.DD is user-friendly, has a multitude of excellent features and is all round a superior product to its competitors that I have used (which are many). I would recommend them to anyone seeking a new digital engagement platform.

We've been using the DotDigital platform for 5 months now. I've found it to be easy to use, and the functionality covers everything we're after. Above all I think the support is what stands out for me. Our customer success manager is always in contact and responds quickly to any queries. Awful experience after being customers for 2+ years
I work for a FinTech company that has had a subscription with DotDigital for two years. I reached out to DotDigital at the end of August before our contract was set to renew at the start of September to discuss our options - I did not hear back from them for almost three weeks, in this three weeks I contacted several customer lines via phone and email and also contacted our account manager on several occasions. What do you like best? Our experience has been satisfactory, however they should make improvements in the customization of the templates we use to send emails.
