Easy to use

Easy to use, great support & service. I've used Dotdigital for 3 years & found it great to work with. The team are hugely supportive, the platform receives regular updates & the help is there when you need it. There are so many tools to use (such as integrations with Google Ads & social), I haven't the bandwidth to use them all yet but hope to in the future.

The BEST support and great platform

We're so excited to get going with the dotdigital platform! We've been working to transition from our existing platform for the past couple of months and the team could not have been more knowledgable, helpful and patient. They really go above and beyond. A special shout out to Sidney who has been invaluable! The platform itself has so many great features and is incredibly user-friendly. We can't wait to really get going with it!

Flexible System with Powerful Triggered Capabilites

What do you like best? The integrations with paid search and Facebook, allowing you to sync audiences across platforms. The flexibility of the segments and automation builds. LiveChat can often offer instant solutions to problems which would take days/weeks to resolve over email. What do you dislike? The speed to trigger a 'welcome' email to a new email subscriber. Great email solution

What do you like best? The software is pretty simple to use. Creating great email are easy and quick. The integration with our system was a bit tricky, but the dotdigital team was great in making sure everything got connected correctly. What do you dislike? As of right now there isn't much to not like about the platform. We haven't come across and dislikes or downside to dotdigital. What do you like best? The easy user interface is really intuitive What do you dislike? Some low level features stay on the road map for a while What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to segment data. Great use of data! What do you dislike? Forms section could be more powerful to make quizzes and surveys.
