I have been using dotdigital a few years and have always supported and understood. I have regular one to one catch ups with Josh, who understands our brand and specific business needs and is on hand to help with queries and offer advice and demos on new platform features and best practicesThe platform itself offers a very simple to use, but effective solution with clear insights and reporting. It makes building CRM journeys simple, and collecting results pain-free

There are far better and cheaper…

There are far better and cheaper options out there that offer just the same. Not very responsive to inquiries and little negotiation on price.

Beware!! Onerous contract and poor service

We received virtually no customer support despite numerous requests by phone and text. The monthly costs were very high at £320 a month (Over £11,000 across onerous contract period) with no support. Very poor value for money especially as the cost is meant to include account manager. We tried to cancel but its very difficult. Beware! We have emailed and notified numerous times that we want to cancel yet each time we finally speak to someone, they don't appear to have a record. The latest ...

Amazing team and easy to use platform

I have used dotdigital for over five years now at two different organisations and highly recommend them. The platform is easy to use and email campaigns can be built quickly with the drag and drop function. We use the engagement cloud for a number of different brands; so great for companies that are projected to grow too. The Best Customer Service

I really do rate DotDigital. The platform is easy to use and makes building email campaigns very quick and easy with a simple drag and drop interface. Data segments and programs are easy to implement and managing contacts is easy as well. It's great that they also offer a live chat function, sms and forms and pages - all of these additions mean you can create some really engaging campaign-focussed content.
