Dotdigital has been a real asset to the campaigns my company executes, it's enabled us to be able to reach our audiences in a more professional manner. The support level is excellent from live chat to Anthony, our account manager who has been very helpful.

My experience with dotdigital has been excellent.My account manager, Sandy, is always ready to help whenever we have queries and explains everything in detail. She also gives good advice on how to improve things, which is really appreciated.The platform itself is great and relatively easy to use. Really enjoying using Dotgital
Really enjoying using Dotgital! We have been using for a couple of years now and it has really helped to achieve our marketing goals and increasing the engagement of our customers. Easy to use with great support
Dot Digital is a platform that is easy to use and allows us to execute our marketing campaigns quickly and effectively. Our account manager Jonathan is a great account manager who, alongside the support team, is quick to respond to any queries/issues that arise.

Excellent platform and support!
We have regular calls with our AM, Josh, and he is always keen to support our goals and help us better our campaigns. If there is a particular feature we require he is the driver for us internally at dotdigital to get this for us and goes the extra mile to ensure we do. The dotdigital platform is intuitive, and flexible, allowing us to create highly personalised and dynamic campaigns and automation for our customer base.

Dot Digital is a really great platform. As someone who was brand new to the platform in 2020 I found it very easy to use. The team are Dot Digital are very helpful and always happy to reply to questions. Would recommend.

We have been using Dotdigital for almost 10 years. As many say in their reviews account management was poor but luckily we didn't need that much support. We decided to cancel because our company moved to a CRM system that provides email marketing and Dotdigital became redundant. I emailed to cancel our contract with 4 days delay and was informed that I had to keep my contract for another year. Jonathan is a brilliant account manager – always a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable.
