Long-term dotdigital partner

We’ve been a dotdigital partner for over 15 years and have always found the platform to be intuitive, easy to use and a powerful tool that lends itself well to our charity sector. The Technical support team always respond swiftly and with comprehensive help and advice. Sidney Brooks, our account manager, is great - pro-active, heavily invested in creating and maintaining a steady partnership and always goes that extra mile to assist and look after us. We couldn’t ask for a better one!

A great system that needs a lot of learning to get the best out of it.

I think the system and the information that can be gathered is mind boggling and to be honest quite often beyond our comprehension. I don't think we use half of it's capabilities therefore we rely on Emily our Customer Success Manager to do a lot of hand holding. She is always willing to sort out little issues on the phone if she is available or book a time for more complex issues. Good Platform & Great Account Manager/Customer Service

DotDigital is overall a good ESP with amazing support. I've enjoyed working with the account manager Chris Ash, who has been a great help with strategy, quick response times and advice on the latest platform upgrades. You're in good hands! Also, quick shout out to Adam Bogos, who has also been amazing in dealing with & responding quickly to support queries.

I love working with Jo and Dotdigital

I love working with Jo and Dotdigital - the tool is easy to use and have so many features! I use the A/B testing and collecting responses on a weekly basis with no issue. Jo, our account manager is great, she is always available to help and knows her stuff!

I've loved working with Chris Ash and dot digital during my time at ST Frock. He really is an innovative thinking, and always went above and beyond to satisfy my desire to test and optimise. I am a refugee from Mailchimp, which I was really frustrated with. Dot Digital is not only a dream come true but the personally-assigned support/coach is so incredible for helping me get up to speed with the platform ASAP. If there’s one small issue I have it’s that some of the functionality is better on Shopify or Magento integrations.
