Customer service particularly strong
We've been using Dotmailer for several years and have found it meets our organisational needs very well. We've always been happy with the technical support given when we've had a query, and I've been particularly pleased with the customer service provided by Sean Ardley over the past few months.

Migrating from Mailchimp to Dotdigital seemed like a daunting task but with the help and incredibly detailed guidance of Anna Charmantzi from the on-boarding team, the whole process went really smooth. The result is now we have a more powerful and customisable platform to help us deal with our continued growth. Very happy we made the move.”

We have found Dot Digital to be an amazing email marketing platform compared to others we have used in the business. Very easy to use and great training provided by their customer service team. The platform has a range of features that we have been able to make use of for the work that we do. DotDigital is an excellent platform enabling us to use a "parent" account to create templates and emails for a number of siloed "child" accounts. We go on to customise, get approvals and transmit. The platform is easy to use and fully featured with the analytics section giving us good insights into performance. Project of a lifetime, indeed!
Our organisation was in search for a CRM and Marketing Automation system, and we specifically wanted something fluid and nimble because it was our first foray into this area.
