I've worked with dotidigital for 2.5 years at a not-for-profit. Because of the range of functionality dotdigital provides, we have been able to successfully move into a digital-first fundraising strategy with email and SMS being core income generating channels. I've been very lucky and grateful for the service I've received from the team at Dot Digital. At times where we haven't been great at getting organised and having our emails scheduled in advance, the team have been great at helping me with any last minute requests. The are always on hand to help me with the templates, talk me through any changes that I’ve needed to make and been on hand get an email send out for us, at the 11th hour more often than not. The team at DotDigital have been really great from onboarding to customer service and everything in between. They understood our brief and have guided us through the process from end-to-end.
