User friendly and constantly improving
Dotdigital is very user friendly and offer a wide array of functions and services for businesses to retain and grow our connections with our customers. Love how the platform is always innovative in creating new ways to improve the AI aspect, helping marketers engage their customers in a seamless manner.

Great product & service
We've been using DotDigital for half a year, and so far we're really happy with platform's capabilities, our account manager and the helpdesk support team. DotDigital team is very responsive and always happy to help us with all the issues and questions. I would definitely recommend!

Very in depth platform with so many tools we can utilise for business. The best part is having Customer Success Manager, Chris Ash, always on hand to help with the more complex set up for triggered emails and customer segments. He is always available for video training when we have needed it, and extremely knowledgable about the whole platform. Chris also provides new insights and platform updates - he genuinely wants to help continually improve our email marketing and help us grow.
