Dotdigital is very user friendly and offer a wide array of functions and services for businesses to retain and grow our connections with our customers. Great product & service
We've been using DotDigital for half a year, and so far we're really happy with platform's capabilities, our account manager and the helpdesk support team. DotDigital team is very responsive and always happy to help us with all the issues and questions. I would definitely recommend!

Great Customer Success Support!
The service we get from our Customer Success Manager Alyssa is great! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We know we can count on her help when we need it. She definitely goes above and beyond to assist us with our projects. The tool is easy to use and when we have questions Alyssa is there to help us.
