Dotdigital is a great platform! Excellent support.

Dotdigital is a great platform and their customer support is excellent. Eloise, our customer success manager, was super helpful in helping us learn the platform, and I really valued the one-on-one sessions I had with her. I also enjoyed the face-to-face workshops for learning and networking.

Excellent knowledge base and Great support

I have been using Dotdigital since 2021 and experience has been very positive. Dotdigital has an excellent knowledge base of email marketing. The platform is regularly enhanced and updated to keep up with market developments. Self-help documentation is extensive but when we need to speak with someone, professional help is readily available. What do you like best about Dotdigital? Dotdigital has been easy for me to understand and use and has been a useful way for me to reach out to potential clients. The Templates are an excellent starting point and are easy to adapt to fit my marketing objective.

What do you like best about Dotdigital? User-friendly platform that is easy to learn and to navigate around. Building email campagns is easy. Customer service has always been very helpful and friendly when needed. Some fun features in regards to data such as the heat-map to show popular click-throughs.

Fantastic Account Management!!

I have been using Dotdigital for around 5 years now and it has been amazing seeing the platform grow. I haven't come across a platform that allows you to build EDMs in so much detail with such ease. Job well done to the Dotdigital Team

The DMA team and I had a great time at the Dotdigital Summit! The speakers were engaging, and the networking opportunities were fantastic. A massive well done to the Dotdigital team for their efforts and managing the event so well. Also a special mention to the food provided. The only negative was the smouldering heat (no fault of the team) but providing ice coffees throughout the day was a welcome addition to try and combat the heat. The summit was a great experience, really well organised, lots of interesting sessions and keynotes. I would recommend anyone working in marketing to attend.
