"Amazing tool for Customer Success Managers"
What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly provides so much value to our CSM team. We are able to take notes on calls with our customers, track the most important information and it sync right over to Salesforce instantly so we are always working with fresh data, and other teams are working with fresh data. "Do your job…faster"
What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly helps me to take great notes, easily link them to opportunities to refer back to, AND quickly update my pipeline all in the same tool. What do you dislike about Dooly? Outside of some minor things I can't think of anything that would be a dislike for me. "Dooly has saved me a ton of time not having to work from within SalesForce"
What do you like best about Dooly? Very easy to fill out all the required information needed in SalesForce fields without having to log into Salesforce and manually enter each field. I can map the fields I need in Dooly to SF and then I just type in all the info I need. Super fast and easier than filling them out in SF. It helps me take the notes I need for each customer and then syncs it to SF and keeps from having to takes notes a separate note taking app and then copy and paste into ...

What do you like best about Dooly? Love the integrations that are possible! Slack and Salesforce are extremely helpful integrations for our team to have access to. Templates in Dooly are also beneficial to have to standardize information across employees. I like that everyone can share information simply and review each others' notes. "Happy Growth Manager + Dooligan who no longer feels the disjointed CRM feels"
What do you like best about Dooly? End user experience and the reporting for pipeline management to Growth director. CRM hygiene has been a breeze with Dooly, and the friction of data exchange to Salesforce immediately is now frictionless. "Making Salesforce Easy"
What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly has definitely simplified my life in terms of managing my pipeline in Salesforce. What used to take 30 seconds now takes 3 seconds to do. When you multiply that across a lot of opportunities, the time savings are evident to anyone. The Dooly team themselves are also a pleasure to work with. What do you dislike about Dooly?
