"Game changer!"
What do you like best about Dooly? I love that I can now stay in one place all day, taking notes and knowing that they will sync to my SFDC account, opportunity, or contact automatically. I was previously using OneNote and loved it EXCEPT that it does not sync to SFDC. Taking notes in SFDC is the worst use of a seller's time; it takes several clicks to get to the right place and eats up so much of your day. What do you like best about Dooly? It has made note-taking & salesforce updating so much easier and faster. Has really helped my workflows and has saved me a lot of time. "Hands down favorite!"
What do you like best about Dooly? The customization of Playbooks and Note-taking fields tie for my favorite features in Dooly. In Playbooks, I love being able to pop into a saved view of my accounts and only see Salesforce fields that I need. Sorting and filtering Salesforce fields on the Playbook is helpful for account planning, and updating the Salesforce fields straight from the Playbook view saves TONS of time. What do you like best about Dooly? -The ease of integration to SF -Ability to add notes into all my calls seamlessly -The templates allow me to prep for calls and get the information I need to facilitate a great discovery call What do you dislike about Dooly? There isn't much I've found I dislike about Dooly What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem I'm solving is quickly updating SF and getting notes into the opportunity to keep me on track.

What do you like best about Dooly? So easy to link up and use. Interface is great. What do you dislike about Dooly? No spellcheck function for the Mac version. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves time to make entries in to salesforce while on a call.

What do you like best about Dooly? I love being able to update multiple Salesforce fields from one screen. It saves me a lot of clicking & saving inside of Salesforce What do you dislike about Dooly? What do you like best about Dooly? I love the Dooly board views for Salesforce reports. Dooly makes it super easy to view the most important data in a report and improves my efficiency with their in-line editing capabilities. What do you dislike about Dooly? What do you like best about Dooly? I like how simple Dooly is to use and that I can see my notes on an opportunity in sequential order to remind me of the story that is told throughout our journey. What do you like best about Dooly? The seamless nature, as a high volume rep, I was not a fan of all the places I had to go to take notes, make sure things were imputed where everyone can see, felt like I was spending more time being a note-taker than I was able to connect with people.
