"A Great tool for a Busy CSM"
What do you like best about Dooly? As a CSM I have a lot of tasks to keep track of on a daily basis. This tool makes it easy for me to reference a call and cross-check that tasks have been completed. What do you dislike about Dooly? Sometimes the UI is a bit funky and the cursor will disappear in the middle of typing. That only happens some of the time however and I haven't noticed it at all as of recently. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to take ...

"Love Dooly for Notes on Customer Calls"
What do you like best about Dooly? I use Dooly for prepping notes for customer calls and then taking notes on that call as well. Call templates make it easy for me to not forget to prep certain things or ask other things. It makes my life easy by syncing with Salesforce so I don't have to do any double entry and all of my teammates know what's going on with each account/call. Also love that if I have a follow up call with a customer, I can easily pull up my last notes with Dooly from my ...

"Makes like easier!"
What do you like best about Dooly? How quickly I can update my pipeline, saves so much time! The task function is great too. I love that everything can be accessed from one place, I dont have lots of different places to keep notes now. What do you dislike about Dooly? Not a huge amount. It can be annoying that the notetaker defaults to open opportunities, but it's not the end of the world. A keyword search function would be great. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Great Note-Taking Tool That Makes SF entries that much easier"
What do you like best about Dooly? Ability to sync up to SF as quickly as possible. Ability to customize fields relevant to our position. Ability to create tasks (although I wished there was a reminder feature) What do you dislike about Dooly? Not having a reminder feature on the tasks bar, not being able to autopull account, contact, and opp all at once (it doesn't recognize what an opportunity is tied to what account), inability to sync to contact, account, and opp at the same time. What ...
