This purchase was too impulsive!

I bought the basic version (67) and 1 day later the pro lifetime for 97. The library is good, the tools are good and it gaves me a nice professional feeling, but after three times of rendering small projects I really got so disappointed! While rendering I could drink 2 coffee, a glass of water and some whisky and I decided to get my money back according to the 30 days-rule. Manipulative and incredibly condescending. Highly unprofessional.

Really manipulative and scam offers. They delete any facebook comments that doesn't give Doodly a glowing review; plus any response given to negative feedback/comments, are extremely condescending, patronising and sarcastic. Arrogant piece of work and highly unfprofessional in running of this company. I purchased a one time fee standard package and decided against the upsells. Fun, easy and professional!

What do you like best? This is a fun program that makes very professional doodle animations. It has tremendous customer support and a great group for users to share ideas. What do you dislike? The internal characters and backgrounds are black and white. Color stuff costs extra. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Doodle animations are valuable tools to illustrate complex ideas in a simple and entertaining manner.

I bought a "lifetime" software license

I bought a "lifetime" software license, which only lasted a few weeks until I was locked out of the program. For the past six months, I have been trying to get Doodly to send me a new password so I could log in, but they have not responded a single time. I tried leaving a note on their Facebook page, but they deleted it within a few minutes. This software is a SCAM!

Great Software, Horrible Customer Service

What do you like best? This software is extremely easy to use and requires very little training. The results can be incredible if you take your time and pay attention to the details. What do you dislike? I purchased a "lifetime" software license but got locked out of it after just a few weeks. Doodly is a fun and quick way to create videos

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create videos. I like how now, there is a color option. What do you dislike? I don't like that there is no movement. I also thought the color option should have been a free add on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The main problem solved with Doodly, is I'm able to quickly create a message, and make it available to targeted groups.

Fantastic tool for a different way to train

What do you like best? I love the total creative freedom that I have within Doodly to create training programs that are something people have not seen in the past. I am able to use a massive library of stock images and can upload my own images as needed to fit my training. There is also a comprehensive library of background music that includes a time stamp allowing me to find music that matches the message and the program length.
