When I finally logged onto the platform, I started to create a video - first, the graphics were amateur looking, then there wasn't enough of a selection. AWFUL SOFTWARE!

What do you like best? Their marketing is the only thing that is good about this software. You can BUY BUY BUY easily enough. Other than the fact that it is easy enough to buy additional characters, there is not much that I like about this garbageware. What do you dislike? Everything. The entire UI needs redesigning because nothing is user-friendly. Have the developers look at Premier and copy what the professionals do. I just bought it - I wish I had googled it first.

I just bought it. The advert looks so enticing and exactly what I was looking for. Only you buy it and then find that most of the animation is locked and costs more. This was not explained. I thought I was paying a one-off price for access for all time. Also, it is so basic. There is no way to finish the videos off with a fade - they just stop because this is the basic version. Horrible Customer Service

What do you like best? I do enjoy using the program, for the most part. What do you dislike? The customer service is beyond words. I purchased a product and they said they refunded the money. I have gone back and forth with them for over a month now, shown bank records, had the bank contact them IN WRITING and tell them that I was never refunded the money. Shop around for a platform not intent on constant up sell.

I ordered doodly today - wish I hadn't! Upon ordering you have to go through 3 - YEP 3 pages trying to up-sell you different versions of the platform... you then click buy only to then not receive a password or user name to log on!!!!!STOP trying to up-sell and offer good customer service!!!!!!! If I pay for something I don't expect to have to submit a service ticket in order to use it!!!!!

Embarrassingly awkward cheap and amateurish looking bubblegum drawings, guaranteed to ensure no one takes you seriously or pays any attention. Hire a professional, and you might get somewhere.

After $328 of "one-time" purchases - I still don't have what I need to create a video.

What do you like best? I love the ease of use of the software.. What do you dislike? It's extremely unfortunate that even after a $400 investment into the various levels of "enterprise software," Doodly STILL makes you pay $27-$37 PER character pack in order to get the assets necessary to create a video. In other words, in order to actually complete a video worth using, you're looking at investing upwards of $500-$600, at which point you might as well purchase Vyond. What problems ...

constant up-selling to a better level as intro level is rubbish!

Not enough explanation for what your buying, every time you buy one package it tells you its not good enough and up-sells another $100 package, this keeps going until they've taken a lot more money off you, try with free trial and get your money back asap - although this is a mountain to achieve.
