I attempted to review this product to recommend it to our Operations Department for use in creating tutorial videos. I could not get a person on the phone to speak to, and their "customer service" person and eventually the customer service manager, were unhelpful. What I asked for was for them to demo the product to our team via Zoom where we could ask questions and get answers. They apparently do not give demos of their products. So there I was, enjoying watching YouTube videos, when an obnoxious ad came on for a product named doodly, normally I would skip the ad ASAP, however, this six minuet ad was unskipable and I was forced to watch it in order to see the video I actually wanted to see.So as I sat there glaring at my screen I grew to despise this company and all it stands for. I purchased Doodley based on the selling tactic used on YouTube. I paid $67 for the basic product, which was supposed to be a one-time purchased with unlimited upgrades into the future. STUPID ME--if it sounds too good to be true, it likely is, especially in today's scam market.
