Great Customer Service
Easy to use, constantly updating features to make things work smoother. I love that if you need help with anything I can call and anyone that answers can help with any issues instead of being transferred around from person to person.

Very handy resource for keeping track of our donors and various campaigns/solictations. Also appreciate the free webinars when I need refreshers (like on importing data from excel)

Long time satisfied customers
We are long time satisfied customers. We have used the Donor Perfect system for many years. It is an excellent complement to our POS system, which stores only minimal data.The DP team is always responsive to issues and suggestions.

The best thing about donor perfect is…
The best thing about donor perfect is the ability to search up past donations. It seems trivial at first, but past support is critical information that can affect the future. I love the ability to do that.
