DonorPerfect makes it easy to remember details and identify your donors when they visit
I love that we can upload a photo of our donors to their record! Along with the ability to breakdown contacts for a particular campaign by steps taken with each meeting ( for example: presented campaign materials in virtual meeting, showed campaign video, etc) along with corresponding notes as to what materials they were sent, what suggestions they had, their photo ensures that we'll be easily able to remember them when they next visit our facility!

DonorPerfect is the best tool out there for nonprofits to use for their donor management, fundraising goals, and reports. The training modules and support team are a wonderful asset for new and existing users.

I love DonorPerfect. When you are looking for a way to ensure that you provide the best customer service to your donors and need some place to capture all of their information, look no farther. It has made my data capturing work-life more fun and a whole lot easier.

User-friendly and intuitive navigation…
User-friendly and intuitive navigation to most features. Ability to upload and mass import information. Compatibility with constant contact, QuickBooks, and other platforms. Wish more features were included in basic packages like Donor Search and events management. I'd also like to see more compatible credit card swipers.
