I have had last minute questions and was able to set up a one on one personal training to help walk me through my need to set up monthly recurring donations. Joanne spent so much time clearly explaining the process step by step. I'm thankful for her knowledge and ability to explain everything so I can move forward with my work.

Great customizable software.
Donor Perfect is an excellent donor software that accommodates all of our needs. It is very customizable and the reporting section is extensive. Donor Perfect offers really great customer support as well.

Does not Implement GAAP. Pricing, Features, and implementation are Fraudulent.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I personally do not have anything positive to say about this product. I've been working in arts finance for nearly 20 years. The interface is clean at first, but when it comes to reporting, it gets very bad very quickly, and there is no manual or sales engineer to provide any guide to making it work.
