Great product, support and training
We have used the Support and Training teams multiple times over the past few months. Everybody has been polite, knowledgeable, good communicators and always follows up on all action items. The product is solid with lots of features and easy to use. Very pleased with both product and support/training.

Donor Perfect is a very user-friendly system with a ton of opportunity for customization. It is easy enough for the beginner to get started, but has lots of extras for the advanced user as well. While there are occasional issues/glitches (what system doesn't have those?), the support team is constantly working to fix them as well as add new features and improve existing ones. I recently had an opportunity to use tech support. The tech was thorough, courteous and made sure I understood the steps I needed to take get the information in report center I needed in the format I needed. She was very efficient at her job and I appreciated her expertise.

I love Donor Perfect’s ease-of-use
I love Donor Perfect’s ease-of-use. They have great phone support that gets me through all kinds of situations successfully. I would like to see a more robust search tool and improvements to reporting.

DonorPerfect is simple to use. Customer service is extremely helpful and will take time to walk you through the steps to complete a task. I always feel up to date and they offer great ideas on how to expand your vision and meet your fundraising goals.

All my questions promptly addressed
I have had last minute questions and was able to set up a one on one personal training to help walk me through my need to set up monthly recurring donations. Joanne spent so much time clearly explaining the process step by step. I'm thankful for her knowledge and ability to explain everything so I can move forward with my work.
