I recently had an opportunity to use tech support. The tech was thorough, courteous and made sure I understood the steps I needed to take get the information in report center I needed in the format I needed. She was very efficient at her job and I appreciated her expertise.

Great product, support and training
We have used the Support and Training teams multiple times over the past few months. Everybody has been polite, knowledgeable, good communicators and always follows up on all action items. The product is solid with lots of features and easy to use. Very pleased with both product and support/training.

I worked with the DonorPerfect software for 2 years in a previous organization, and when I accepted the position where I currently work, I had to make the change. We have used Donor Perfect since 2008, as the main user of a fundraising platform i happened to be on maternity leave when DP was put in place and when I returned I noticed there were things that hadn't been moved over etc and that needed tweeking, DP were excellent at helping and doing what was needed. This was before it was web based. There was always someone on the other end of the phone to help.When we migrated to DP web base it was even easier. There is chat online and someone on the ...

DonorPerfect has been a really great donor management platform that has really helped provide all of the tools I need to do proper donor stewardship. I love that they have lots of training videos and FAQ's. Their support teams have been very helpful whenever I have questions.
