We have used Donor Perfect since 2008, as the main user of a fundraising platform i happened to be on maternity leave when DP was put in place and when I returned I noticed there were things that hadn't been moved over etc and that needed tweeking, DP were excellent at helping and doing what was needed. Great product, support and training
We have used the Support and Training teams multiple times over the past few months. Everybody has been polite, knowledgeable, good communicators and always follows up on all action items.
