"Perfectly balance for team collaboration."

What do you like best about DoneDone? The overall platform is suitable for monitoring and tracking project progress and team assignment. It's easy to use and organize. I like the interface and the different options available to view the tables. It's good for multiple projects and team collaboration. What do you dislike about DoneDone? I think the platform's minimal downside is the interface's overall look. Though I like the clean and straightforward, I see that it needs to be upgraded for a ...

"Easy-to-use project management software"

What do you like best about DoneDone? Done done is nice and simple which leaves it to you to decide how your project is managed. It has a much lighter touch than others in the marketplace which is easier for smaller or less formal teams. What do you dislike about DoneDone? It can lack some of the advanced features of its more mature competitors. Personally, I like all of the projects in a company to be run with strictly the same workflow (so I don't have to think when switching projects). ...

"As the name implied - It Get Things Done"

What do you like best about DoneDone? This is one of those underrated tools that is good yet not getting enough attention. It is simple, straightforward and does exactly what it described. I like that the UI/UX is clean, simple and neat. You can use it for project management but it also excels at email support as a helpdesk solution. Last but not least, the founder and developer behind the tool are very genuine and helpful. This last point is one of the important criteria I'll take note of ...

"Affordable, Easy To Use IT Management"

What do you like best about DoneDone? I use DoneDone for two main tasks: having traceable customer service tickets auto-generated from email, and simple task-based project management for a small team. I've found BOTH of these features to be absolutely amazing and indispensable for me, so I would have to say they both are what I like best. Also, the onboarding experiencing and getting your email forwarding and sending setup is probably the best and easiest I've experienced. Oh - and linking ...

"Great Support / Ticket software combined with tasks."

What do you like best about DoneDone? The Ui is very simple and there is almost no learning curve for the users. What do you dislike about DoneDone? Tied to the simplicity there is sometimes a lack of functions. The developing of the app could also speed up a bit. Webhooks for example are announced to be implemented since 9 months. What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you? It simplifies the support ticket management for my team and enables us to provide better and ...

"Excellent robust platform !"

What do you like best about DoneDone? We've used a lot of Help Desk / Support platforms and most are overly complicated, bloated and very cumbersome to use. DoneDone's UI and Onboarding is as pleasant as expected and the platform works effortlessly well. What do you dislike about DoneDone? The platform does not lack in any features which are relevant to us. Everything we need it to do, it does very well. The new iOS app is a real winner and overall the developers are proactive and ...

"Basic but okay"

What do you like best about DoneDone? DoneDone is a simple ticket system. I learned how to use DoneDone in a couple of minutes. What do you dislike about DoneDone? What makes DoneDone so simple is also its biggest drawback. I'd like to have more configuration options like autoclosing. What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you? As software developer I needed ticket system that doesn't have a spam problem like my last one. The ticket system I used before got a lot of ...

"Terrific Support"

What do you like best about DoneDone? The team at DoneDone has always been quick to respond with any questions I've had. It's a great solution for our customer service needs and they are always improving the user experience. What do you dislike about DoneDone? No real negative comments at this time. I have not tried to use the project management aspect to this product as of yet, so can't really comment on that. And was glad to see they came out with an app recently (in beta) that's a better ...

"Simpler tasks collaboration platform"

What do you like best about DoneDone? Helps keep the team focused by having all the information together. What do you dislike about DoneDone? The different response patterns for mailbox tasks (comment, respond to customer) and project tasks. This can be aligned to provide a seamless response pattern. Recommendations to others considering DoneDone: Highly recommended What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you? Improves collaboration.
