New user in implementation
What do you like best? DOMO has proven to be the most user friendly of the BI tools that we have trialed, and the support and coaching that we have received has made implementation very smooth. What do you dislike? There are times that importing and transforming data to a usable format for our end users requires more expertise than they have, and this results in frustration on their end Recommendations to others considering the product Use the trial, ask questions, reach out for support ...

Domo is very flexible on the back end
What do you like best? Compared to other data platforms I like how flexible DOMO is when it comes to manipulating the data. It doesn't require super technical coding skills but just enough technicality to make it interesting. DOMO is a whole system in one; in other platforms the components combined in DOMO are usually standalone services or completely non-existent. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to build traditional dashboards where you can customize different graphs on the ...

Domo Makes Tracking Easy
What do you like best? I like that Domo has made things much easier to aggregate and track data. We've been able to use this to track performance metrics and it has made day-to-day functionality quicker and more optimal. What do you dislike? It can be buggy at times. I've noticed that at times it'll be down for 30+ minutes and that can be frustrating when trying to pull reports. Also, the cut time for the day is set to I believe Shanghai time, making it difficult to track end of day ...

User friendly interface
What do you like best? Easy implementation. Tons of connectors make it easy connect data to Domo. New features added every year. What do you dislike? Can be a bit buggy in some areas when building cards ( charts. The bugs are usually short lived as Domo is always releasing updates. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure your data/connector is available to get your data into Domo. We had to write a ton of sql queries to get what we needed into Domo from Oracle as ...

We automated metrics for all of Marketing with Domo with SFDC, Marketo, & Google Analytics data
What do you like best? Domo provides beautiful visualizations and allows us to join data from multiple sources easily. Domo cards are easy for Marketing to use and modify. Domo helps us transform data and uncover exceptions. Domo enables us to see trends in data more easily, and to perform more analysis and insight gathering. What do you dislike? Domo is so rich in power and functionality, I wish I had 5 more people to develop new cards and apps. i'd like to be able to post comments on ...

Insights at a glance!
What do you like best? Being able to log into my dashboards and see exactly what is going on with the business. The alert feature is also super useful in keeping everyone on the team updated on changes in business performance What do you dislike? Data set failures are sometimes hard to catch when the API connector or data warehouse queries don't function properly. Recommendations to others considering the product Compatibility with existing data systems and how to integrate with Domo ...

Long wait for it to be usable, but worth it
What do you like best? Easy to switch between SQL and ETL depending on what my needs are. I really love using workbench. Graphs available to use are great, and building dashboards and cards is really easy. Once the data is cleaned it doesn't take much effort to make something nice and functional, which I love! It takes a lot to get started if you have data like we do, but the effort is totally worth it in the end. What do you dislike? Waited months for our connector to be updated even ...

Decent Metrics and Tracking
What do you like best? We keep a lot of queried reports live in Domo, and I like that they are now easy to share, export and reference within my team. What do you dislike? Domo can be very unintuitive depending on what you're working on. We have a specific project where the breadcrumbs seem to collapse, so sometimes if you click backward you end up on a new page or a view you've never seen before. This is probably at least partially on us since we're pretty new to the program. ...

major domo in the company and create cards for different deparmtnets and derive metrics
What do you like best? i like domo workbench and it becomes more and more powerful. also redshift provides more option on sql and data transformation. What do you dislike? i hope domo can improve dashboards and beast mode organization. Recommendations to others considering the product improve bease mode for easy access and troubleshoot. it's better to have a dictionary so that it's easier to locate where beast mode is. also not only syntax error warning but also provide more detail on ...

Invaluable
What do you like best? We are able to marry multiple data sources to tell the full, true story of our ROI. We have turned what used to be a Frankenstein of reports with no insight, into visual dashboards that enable us to make actionable decisions. What do you dislike? I understand the Data Flows in theory, but they're harder to implement in practice. I still need to include our development team for most of our data configuring. Recommendations to others considering the product Do it. ...
