Great Platform When Your Integration Is Working

What do you like best? I love that Domo has a great many ways to analyze data from a HUGE set of options. I also really like that there is a built-in chat. It feels like Excel crossed with Slack. It is an excellent place for Analysts, managers and executives to discuss whats going on - based on data - and make decisions. What do you dislike? My experience with Domo

What do you like best? It can show different "cards" that relates to different customers, so you can group and clarify distinctions between different types of customers you serve. Beyond that, Domo is a good analytics tool. I can filter between locations, industries, types of content, and more to narrow down exactly what I'm looking for. Versatile and streamlined

What do you like best? This product allows us to roll up almost all of our business data -- memberships, activations, fundraising, etc. What do you dislike? I wish the external-facing reports were more interactive. It would be nice to not require a user login to see additional data feeding the report. What do you like best? Domo helps me think creatively about data and helps me manage up to executives. I can bring relevant contributions to important conversations because I can digest the data in visual, actionable ways. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ACTUAL collaboration capabilities in real time. What do you dislike? Webforms don't work reliably and their interface is glitchy. They also sometimes won't save and update, and you can lose your work. Recommendations to others considering the product I say that Domo is going in the right direction, but I mean the tool. What do you like best? Domo is really easy to navigate and understand how you use. I'm not very technical so I wasn't involved in the set up or anything like that, but once the dashboards are live, they're really easy to navigate, alter, filter etc...Being able to visualize data for myself and clients helps a lot in sales presentations.
