Document management for streamlined workflow
What do you like best? Very easy to use - can drag and drop multiple documents and clip them together. Assigning documents is equally convenient. What do you dislike? I find the email notifications to be a bit lacking - they only mention that a package has been assigned to you without providing any details (no package title, who assigned it etc.). What do you like best? Straight forward, basic functionality to store and retrieve documents. What do you dislike? DocuWare needs a major overhaul if it's going to try and compete in the Document Management world. The software is very far behind technology wise. What do you like best? The simplicity of having all your documents in one program that forwards to another is perfect What do you dislike? Backtracking on the system is a bit of an annoyance Recommendations to others considering the product Perfect for scheduling a large practice What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? You can upload documents by dragging and dropping. Its easy to save the documents and route them for approval. What do you dislike?
