What do you like best? It's extremely configurable, can hook into existing databases, has a pretty nice API so you can develop your own plugins. The support from Docuware and our reseller is quick and responsive. What do you dislike? The product is slow and unstable. Takes up to 15 seconds to store a document under moderate load. What do you like best? So many methods and integration options for storage, retrieval, and archiving of documents. Automation of indexing data on documents being stored makes this a very powerful solution to many typical needs we have been trying to solve. What do you dislike? There have been some instances when the reading of data on a document does not always correctly interpret values correctly requiring users to review failures. What do you like best? Docuware is very easy to use annd cuts down on the time I need to find customer records. What do you dislike? There is nothing that i really dislike about the software. It does its job well. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Docuware has improved TPM's ability to store and recall invoices, PO's, and vendor records. I can now do my own records research without the aide of another clerical employee

What do you like best? customization and great support during our implementation process so far. What do you dislike? Difficult to download documents back out of docuware. Recommendations to others considering the product Well worth a try. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have almost eliminated paper invoices and saved time and money storing documents virtually.
