What do you like best about DocuSign? Reduces our need for additional touch points to get to a signed contract. What do you dislike about DocuSign? API development was time consuming but web based product was easy to use. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Ensure that you know all the fields you need in a contract up front to reduce redevelopment or rework time.

"Streamlined Contract Process"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Ability to make contracts and information required and standardized across salesforce. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sending documents have too many steps. And print driver is not compatible with our pdf (which may result in the extra steps.) Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Volume of documents to send.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Extremely easy to use. SaaS businesses need to generate far more quotes and agreements than their product centric counterparts. Reason being, after the initial order, sales teams will require up-sell, down-grade, add-on, renewal, etc. quotations and without an electronic signature application, managing this manually adds time and complexity to the sales process. What do you like best about DocuSign? Ease of use, visibility into status of signatures, ability to cc people who are not signing but part of the process, practice area and videos.
