Many of our clients lack the technical expertise required to fully use other signing options (like Adobe's) but this makes it easy to use and we get documents back much faster than with other services due to the ease of use. What do you like best about DocuSign? It was very good for setting up documents and makes signing a breeze.Very easy to implement and gets rid of the need for faxed copies. It even sets you up with a free account. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Everything they send winds up in spam/junkmail folders. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Try it. What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is a budget-friendly way to get digital signatures in. What do you like best about DocuSign? Ease of use and flexibility are the main reasons why I love using Docusign. The ability to tweak it to fit 3-5 different use cases out of the box was amazing. What do you like best about DocuSign? Routing - the electronic signature and clean (not faxed) documents are great, but the speed of the electronic routing is what we needed. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There were a couple of quirks at first - mainly due to our existing processes. Once we go used to it , things went great.
